My name is Ismael Villasol (Ponferrada, 1974) I am an Expert Coach in Emotional Intelligence and Motivation from the Rey Juan Carlos I University of Madrid.
My professional career includes civil service, the creation/training of sales teams, the design of public images for companies on social networks and in recent years I have been focused on my work as a Personal Coach and Facilitator in Emotional Intelligence Workshops.
I am the creator of the "We Will Change Your World" Universe, which aims for a more humane and idealistic approach to the world today. It begins by instilling values of optimism and self-confidence in children through bedtime stories read by adults.

As a writer, I am the creator of the well-known FIERRO saga: destiny is not written.
It consists of two novels, Fierro and Encina, in which I've changed the archetype of the hero or protagonist, breaking with the traditional historical novel. What they have in common is their uniqueness and difference. They manage to make you empathize with the characters and experience their emotions and experiences firsthand.
